The Lilacs is situated in a pleasant residential area of Westcliff-on-Sea. It has a west facing aspect to the rear garden, which overlooks private tennis courts.

The seafront is a short walking distance from the home and Chalkwell Park is a short distance in the other direction.

Transport is very accessible; Chalkwell railway station is a short walk away and local buses stop nearby for trips to Southend and Leigh etc. Our local shops includes a post office, grocery store, antiques store, restaurants and othe shops.

Acommodation is in centrally heated bedrooms, all single, some with en suite facilities, some with a balcony over looking the rear garden andand neighbouring tennis courts. All rooms are very comfortably furnished with a pleasant outlook.

Residents are encouraged to personalize their rooms with small pieces of furntiture and personal momentos. There are two large sitting rooms available to all residents which face on to the rear gardens.
